“Perfect for a family of four, very clean. Walkable to playground. Great modern beach house. Very small but has everything you need. Shower room was very popular with our children, barn door to bathroom may not be ideal for everyone. We stay at Folly several times a year and this is a place we would stay again. ”

“This is my second stay here and this never disappoints! The couple go above & beyond. It’s in an upscale neighborhood and safe to walk. I have the pool to myself and 20 minutes from the airport and 10 miles from downtown Charleston! Convenient to local restaurants & Walmart is 3 minutes away. The guest suite is immaculate and waters and a few sodas were in the fridge upon arrival. Great for a single or couple who want peace & quiet! Thanks Jeanne & Chuck, I’ll be back! ”

“This cottage is just like the photos. My husband and I wanted a weekend away, just the two of us and this was just the place. Folly Beach was beautiful and the cottage was quiet and cozy. Murphy bed not the most comfortable, but it was ok for two nights.”

“This is a great place for families and pets! The views are amazing and you are literally steps from the sand. The host was very responsive and detailed. There were beach chairs, sand toys, and more. We loved sitting in the dining room or on the porch and watching the waves. This was one of our favorite places we have stayed! Plenty of room and super easy all around. Easy access to beach; good views of the ocean which could be heard throughout the home. Initially there was a modem issue which the owner promptly resolved. “We really enjoyed our stay. We wanted to take a few days away to celebrate our anniversary. The area was fantastic! Every time we left to go to another area we just wanted to turn around and go back. It was 2 blocks from the beach and the beach was really awesome here. Not too busy this time of year so I was able to long line our dog with 30 feet of leash and let him roam “free” without interrupting anyone.
