“Have used this hotel twice now since January. Competitively priced. Quiet area. Free Parking. Rooms are great and immaculately cleaned with all facilities. Very good service from staff, friendly and great food. Relaxing bar/restaurant/lounge area. Breakfast is continental until 9am so just bear this in mind as the full works comes on line shortly after ”

The decor, comfort, welcome, food, cleanliness, location, recommendations, assistance - everything - was wonderful. I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels. “Hotel lobby is pretty new and grand for a 3-4 star hotel. The hotel staff are helpful and nice. It's a nice choice if you are traveling in the Belfast City Airport. But the housekeeping service is a bit messy.”

“Beautiful hotel, great position near lots of attractions and short walk to the centre. Room was spacious and very comfortable. The whole setting was splendid and super quality. However, the hotel is not yet at the standard that is expected. Staffing levels were low. Lots of waiting around in the bar and to be seated. Lack of service attention in meals . We dined at the Wolff grill on the Saturday evening . Staffing levels low and service felt rushed . Clearly a lack of maitre d on duty managing……

“We stayed for 3 nights for ease to be closeby to the Royal Victoria Hospital - which only took us about 8 minutes in the car. Check in was brilliant, really lovely member of staff on the desk. I had emailed about the apartment being ready a bit earlier and this was no problem. The secure underground parking was a huge benefit. Plenty of grocery stores within walking distance and lots of places nearby and available for delivery using deliveroo which was handy for us as we were running back and……

“No bottled water, insufficient seats and cups in the room for 3 adults. The air con didn’t work even the staff reset it, forcing us to open the window which made the room more noisy. ”
