“The breakfast was excellent, as was the service at check in & in the morning. Our room was perfectly adequate although you have to bare in mind that these unique properties are old and quirky. Coffee machine and pods in the room was a nice touch.”

“We stayed in Idris. While comfortable and clean, there is almost no storage in the room and it's not really suitable for anyone over 5ft10in due to a low beam. While the breakfast service was frendly we felt it could have been more proactive towards the wants of the guests. For instance a couple clearly wanted a window table that had not been cleared. However, while this was observed by the staff, they were clearly expected to use the tables that were laid. This was not the only incident where……
