“Staff were friendly at all places from reception to restaurant staff at breakfast to cleaning ladies - all excellent the tech staff were so attentive- i had small issue with connection in my room - they were at room in 5 mins and fixed it Room (Suite) was spacious - lots of room Breakfast was great- staff were so friendly there too ”

“The property is a world class resort with a lot of the little details you would expect such as friendly staff, cleanliness, bathrobes, great breakfast buffet, amazing pool connected to the beach, fitness centre, sauna and steam room. Having said that what really impressed me was the unexpected added touches such as the view, the most amazing dog made from a towel that house keeping left me, rose petals on the bed. I am very happy and will be back ”

“I was travelling with my nephew and niece, aged 13 & 10 respectively, and stopped over for two nights after touring London. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport. Upon arrival, the staff manning the reception desk has shown enthuasim towards us. All staff was friendly and rendered assistance when necessary. It was a spacious room with a king size bed. Also very impressive with the cooking facility. The amenity included a swimming pool that made the kids happy in hot weather. The hotel……

“Surprised from quality of the hotel and room for the cheap price we paid! Located 20min drive from the airport, the resort is embedded in an outdoor mall that highly resembles a south European city (France/Italy). We received a free room upgrade that granted us a VERY huge apartment, better than a real house! We stayed only one night, so we cannot comment much, but the mall seemed vibrant and the pool very nice.”

“房間似閒置了很久，入住前又沒有再安排清潔一次..地下非常污穢，部份燈泡壞了又沒更換，正常枕頭及墊枕應該各有2個，但得一個正式枕頭及2個墊枕，留字叫房務清潔時給我一個及更換房內燈泡..完全沒做。及後打去reception叫取才送上，亦無hair dryer提供。窗簾看似就甩掉似的..都不敢用力拉埋。 但位置很好，check in/check out服務非常有禮貌。免費停車場出入很方便。”

“出差开会，会议地点定在阿布扎比国家会议中心ADNEC，酒店离ADNEC非常近，步行大概5分钟，建议前往参展人士选择该酒店。此外，酒店周边环境很安静，附近还有个家乐福超市，各种方便。酒店工作人员非常专业亲和，早餐丰盛，体验很好的酒店！下次来还住！”
