“The pictures looked great. Good location and included parking. But upon arrival the parking was hard to find. The building is in less than good condition. Odors in the main hallway to the unit. The unit itself is in poor condition. They make a point to enforce their cleanliness and don’t stain anything policy but the unit was dirty. Cobwebs and dead bugs in windowsills. Bathroom old and used. Kitchen cupboards and doors lopsided and stained. Clocks on appliances not set. Lighting not working in……

“This is the perfect place to stay in Atlanta. We felt safe and there are things to do within walking distance like the park trails and Amsterdam walk where we got a yummy dinner at Sean’s Harvest market. The bungalow is super clean and everything you need is there. We would stay again.”

“When looking at the pictures on the Vrbo website, I was curious to see, if the penthouse, actually was represented well in the pictures. The pictures don’t do it justice. “I highly recommend this VRBO. For the same price as a two queen hotel room we stayed in a beautifully decorated, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. There was a water main break in the area and the host was great at keeping us updated. Check in was only confusing because didn’t read it carefully. The directions are perfect if you actually follow them. The view and the pool are beautiful. My 18 year old son loved the “vibe” in the exercise room. “I thought that I was most impressed with the fact that the description and online photos of the property, paled in comparison to in-person - in a good way! The decor and amenities definitely makes you wish you could just rent and live there for all of the seasons. Im trying to find another reason to travel and return. 10/10 experience. ”
