“The hotel has been renovated, and the room facilities are very new and clean. However, for non-smokers like us, the hallway has a strong smell of smoke, despite the “No Smoking” sign at the entrance. The soundproofing of the rooms is not very good. On the positive side, the breakfast is plentiful, and the staff are very friendly!”

“Excellent customer service from the airport shuttle to the front desk and extremely comfortable room. It’s an airport hotel so the local scenery is what you would expect. There’s a cool rooftop bar area where you can watch airplanes take off and land which I love. Very nice dinner in the restaurant and a super night’s sleep. ”

“We had never stayed at an Element before, so my wife & I decided to give it a try. It seemed to be a very new property. Great service, very well stocked room. Our room did not have a lot of room to get in and out on one side, but we managed. Not a lot in this neighborhood yet, but that wasn’t a big deal. Overall, we were pleased!”
