“you have to consider the following issues before choosing this hotel. 1. check in: if you will arrive after 6pm, it will be inconvenient to check in. they will put the key inside the hotel and you may not be able to find someone to open the door. they use physical key and only provide one key. 2. noise: the room is clean and large but it is a very historic building so you will hear every step from the upper floor. 3. water pressure: as mentioned, it is a very old building, the water pressure……

“Das 2-Zimmer Appartement war sehr schön. Eine ruhige Lage und der Strand und die Promenade mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft lief problemlos. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption. Ein kleiner Abzug nur wegen zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleidung und Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs. Es fehlt eine Mikrowelle. Man kann Fahrräder ausleihen. Das ist super ”

“Het was fantastisch! Een heel fijn verblijf gehad samen met onze 2 kinderen. Schoon, modern, van alle gemakken voorzien. Gelegen aan een prachtig park, heel dicht bij het strand en ook Den Haag is gemakkelijk te bereiken (met fiets, tram). Wij hadden eigen fietsen mee en daar was een stalling voor achter op het terrein. Hele vriendelijke en behulpzame receptionisten”

“This hotel is very modern, and the location is excellent. The check-in process was very quick, and the room was very clean. The breakfast was abundant with plenty of choices. The only downside is that the trash was not taken out during cleaning.”

“The property is located in central Leiden. It is beautifully situated. The room and general hotel are unique in a good way. The difficulty is the spiral staircase (particularly if you've travelled internationally with a suitcase). The automated doors were new to us, but we adjusted accordingly. Unlike some staffed hotels, it's not possible to check-in early, so it's good to be aware of that when planning. Overall, though, the proprieter was responsive and friendly. I would stay there again. ”
