“An amazing cabin. If I’m back in this area I would stay here again ”

“This house worked out great for our group of six skiers. It is less than a half mile to the Timberline lodge. I would stay here again.”

“This place is very nice. Views from the windows facing the southern valley are spectacular. Loved the area and the neighboring towns of Davis and Thomas. The property is nicely secluded on a gravel mountain road just off a paved road that is not busy. The hiking in the area was great. My only complaint is the check in process which included an extra 10 minute drive to a realty office where I received not a key but the four digit code to the door. This could have been emailed in my opinion.……

“Very nice cabin. Had everything we could want, and was extremely quiet and peaceful. Loved the hot-tub! Access to Dolly Sods was really nice too. I would definitely recommend it.”

“We had the most wonderful weekend here! The location feels very remote, but that’s exactly what we were looking for. It was easy to get to Blackwater Falls, and other local must-see excursions. Dolly Sods was a bit further, but totally doable. The house was very clean, well stocked and the most comfortable beds! We highly recommend!!”

“My partner and I had an amazing time staying at this cabin for the weekend. It was well put together and very organized. We had more than enough space to enjoy our time. We had limited access to the outside areas due to the snow but we still had plenty to do inside during our stay and the hot tub was still accessible . Our city lifestyle didn’t prepare us for the curtainless windows at first but the open lighting became a warm comfort in the morning.”

“Wonderful place to stay at. Loved the community feel even though wasn't expecting it. Also appreciated it was 15 minutes to nearest town, so great location to get around the area. Would definitely like to stay here again. Only thing i didn't like was all the additional fees at the point of checkout; would be better to just incorporate some of the fees into the actual nightly cost, but i think that's more of an application service issue and not the host,so why i didn't reduce stars.”

“Very difficult to find. Be sure to let visitors know it is still 6 miles from the memorial. GPS takes you to a garage. Definitely worth the confusing directions. ”

“My husband and I took our son here for our first family trip. The cabin was very cozy and decorated for fall. We loved it. We appreciated the kitchenware and were able to cook dinners while we were there. We loved the outdoor portion of the property. It was much larger than we expected. We also enjoyed using both of the fire pits while we were there. Overall, we had a great stay and hope to return again in the future.”

“Host was easy to communicate with before and during our visit. Very private location in comparison to other cabins in the resort.”

“When we arrived, it was after dark and I had some trouble locating our exact cabin, but the owners were more than happy to help me to our spot. The perfect combination of making sure we were taken care of and giving us our space. The property is stunning and the views are breathtaking. Definitely would stay here again.”

“I had such a great time staying at this cabin! The host was super communicative and made everything really easy. The place was spotless and had everything we needed to feel right at home.The best part was how close it was to the water—just a short walk away! There are communal tubes for tubing nearby. We relaxed on the spacious viewing deck with amazing views all around.This cabin was the perfect spot to unwind and have some fun. I’ll definitely be back!”
