“A small, intimate and immaculate establishment - like your own little villa! Not only was the breakfast (hot and cold) awesome, but it was the extra little touches that made an impression. For example: Although there was no restaurant for lunch & dinner, picnic tables, a microwave, plates, utensils and condiments were provided for guests' "bring-their-own-meal" use, little cookies daily with the in-room tea/coffee facilities, an honesty bar area, with an ice-maker, I could go on! “The lodge is well located in the Hillcrest area, close to the Main Road with it's shops and restaurants. Bev the hostess was very welcoming and seemed prepared to go out of her way to assist her guests. The breakfast in the morning was varied and good. The room, while on the small side, was adequately furnished with a comfortable bed. There were a number of small items which detracted from my stay. Single ply toilet rolls in the bathroom, a small and well worn towel and shower in which the……

“The staff were ready to assist when there was a power outage. It eas good to be offered the option of two rooms as well as additional cups and plates etc. Customer service was great, but the wifi was available intermittantly. Good for a short stay.”

“ We loved the garden and it was handy for what we wanted. The pool was not cleaned and there were no sunbeds with cushions or an umbrella. The room was alright and the kitchen, shared, ok. The breakfast was very limited ,cereal ,yogurt and make your own toast and fruit juice. The whole place needs an update and the outside cushions were covered in cat hair.”

The B&B is clean & tidy, the rooms serviced every day, clean linen & towels and plenty of space in our room. It provided us with a home away from home, and for some peace & quiet. With a small fridge in the room, and a kettle for tea & coffee, plus access to the kitchen with microwave & other facilities, it allows……
