“It is a small hotel that overlooks Little Traverse Bay. The views are amazing and the rooms are beautiful. The beds are so comfortable. It is truly a hidden gem”

“Excellent hotel. Loved the hot tub and pool. Good breakfast. Balcony was a nice touch. Great beds! Coffee and homemade cookies each night. Apples, oranges, and water out all day for you. A limo to take you around town! ”

“Not the staff’s fault as the property is currently under renovations. We have stayed here in the past and the property was very clean. We enjoyed our stay, hoping that once the demos are done it will go back to a great, clean hotel. ”

“I would NOT stay there again. The first room we were assigned had no electricity in the bathroom. The glass mirror was on the floor instead of being mounted, there was a hole in a wall with wire sticking out, the hotel phone did not work and the number posted for the hotel was inaccurate. There was no coffee maker in the first or second room I was assigned . The bathroom floor had some mud colored substance on it, the shower did not function, caulking around the bathtub faucet had black on it.……
