“Stayed here for 3 nights do a conference locally and it was perfect. Friday enjoyed a beautiful meal in the restaurant. Staff went above and beyond. Very approachable if I had any questions. Looking forward to coming back next year! ”

“Very good location to walk into Stamford. Nice old hotel with history attached. Well appointed rooms, easy parking and nice breakfast. The room was a bit on the small side for the price and the shower cubicle was smaller than we are used to but overall very nice.”
“Clean room, looks newly refurbished, comfortable bed, air con was fantastic during a heatwave. Friendly staff, quick check in, good breakfast. Best hotel room out of a few I've tried in this area. Despite being above a pub was very quiet.”
“Beautiful accomodation and accessibility. I really could not, or want to, be critical of anything with our stay. The air conditioning was a massive bonus on one of the hottest day of the year and with us bringing our dog, our room had its own patio and direct access onto the gardens , which was perfect. All the staff were very friendly and professional with a superb breakfast. I Would definitely recommend for a special occasion stay.”

“Property was okay, there was staining around shower basin seals and rust where the toilet brush etc had not been replaced in a LONG time.
Glad I brought my own kitchen utensils with me as everything at the property was damaged. Couldn’t even leave a fresh dish sponge for a new stay so questioned how clean the place actually was.
The Lino in the kitchen was damaged in places and the fridge had been turned off and leaked into the kitchen floor.
Also staining / dirt on sofa so couldn’t really……
