“I had a very good experience staying at the DogHouse Hotel in Columbus. The hotel itself is fantastic. The rooms are comfortable, the ambiance is unique, and it’s a perfect place if you’re traveling with a dog. Everything was clean and well thought out. The only downside was the customer service. I checked in around 9:30 at night and the desk clerk seemed more focused on chatting with a friend or guest sitting at the bar than acknowledging me.
