“Excellent property. Everything feels new - solid wooden internal doors, downstairs wet room, spacious kitchen/diner, bi-fold doors to patio and garden...We were 4 couples and thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights.
It's about a 10 min walk to the town. You need to cross the road to get to a path - as it's on a bend visibility isn't great so it can be a bit hairy - if you're planning on staying with kids you'll need to be extra careful.
Overall I highly recommend this property.”

“Stunning location overloòking Fistral Beach. Large, well equipped room with super comfy large bed. We had drinks and food on both evenings of our stay in the Bay bar which we really enjoyed.
Hotel has a lovely indoor pool which we made use of.
All the staff are friendly, polite and helpful.”
“Had a lovely time at Five Elements Studio, lovely grounds for a peaceful stay, it’s out the way but still close enough to visit all the good spots in Cornwall. Very clean and has a cozy feel about it, perfect for a romantic get away! Only downside being check out is a little on the early side at 9.30am, 11am would have been perfect. ”

“The location of this property is unbeatable. Close to the ocean and an easy walk to downtown. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I liked the parking which had a cost but was very convenient. They need to do a bit of work on the place. There was some areas in the room that needed painting and plaster work. The shower and bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was very good. ”
