“The hotel is definitely older but it is a well kept facility that appears to have went through fairly recent renovations. The rooms are fairly spacious with tall 10 ft ceilings. Staff was perfectly nice and helpful. A decent place to take a family. The continental breakfast was reasonably good and definitely adds some value. “The hotel was located near our destination and was easy to get to. The room was small but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We booked through Expedia but a $50.00 charge was added to my credit card and I have not gotten it back yet. Otherwise the stay was excellent.”

“The mermaid themed room was well thought out & really made our stay feel unique. There was 1 manatee right off the dock when we arrived Thursday & three more on Saturday morning! What an experience! Plenty of great local restaurants were recommended by the property & we took the time to visit 2 of them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Neptune's Grotto to anyone looking for a quiet & simple Florida getaway. We definitely are considering returning in the future! Thank yoi for hscing us!”
