“Check in was easy and apartment was spotless when we showed up. The bed was comfortable. Great location that was close enough to hear the ocean from an open window. I just wish it had been warmer during our stay.The apartment had been recently renovated and pleasantly decorated. The new toilet was a tall one, my feet dangled 4 inches off the floor. If you are under 5'10" tall, I would recommend you bring a stool.Thermostat was accurate and it was easy to adjust. Lots of pillows which made……

“This is a small older property but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean, comfortable, and so peaceful. We typically stay at a bigger condo/resort and certainly enjoyed this change of pace. Beach access was only a few steps away and not overcrowded at all. We were also upgraded to a 2 bedroom instead of 1 and appreciated that SO much! We would definitely stay here again!”

“We loved this place! What a gem! Quiet and peaceful! We were able to relax and refresh away from the hubbub of life! This is NOT a place to come if you are looking for wild parties! We loved the simple “down home” feel. It’s not the typical cookie cutter hotel! It gives you the feeling that you live there…. If that makes sense.We also had the added pleasure of watching a Falcon 9 Space X Launch.The laundry facilities were free, which was a nice surprise. The property manager was wonderful!”

“This was in an excellent location and the access to the beach was perfect!! Penny was the best and the cleanliness of the site was great. Beware, the room is small, but we didn't go to Cocoa Beach in March to sit in our room. It fit our needs perfectly.”

“The property was very clean and appeared well kept. Accommodations were quaint and comfortable and it was very nice that it was pet friendly so we could bring our dog with us. We had a little trouble with the door lock but the property manager was very responsive and took care of the issue immediately. Thanks for the stay.”
