“This was a lovely duplex, beautifully furnished and centrally located but still super quiet. Everything was accurate in the description and the photos. Our family enjoyed our trip and our hosts were responsive, kind, and made the stay great! The coffee bar was a huge bonus and the beach gear made the trip so much better. We would stay here again. ”

The location is great, a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to the dog friendly beach. Easy access to bioluminescent tours, Kennedy space center, and rocket launch viewing areas.We will absolutely be return visitors!”

“This is our 2nd stay at this property. The first time was to visit Kennedy Space Center and this time for a church conference on Merritt Island. We loved that this was away from the traffic and busy tourist area. We also enjoyed walking out on the dock and seeing the water. They accommodated an early check in. We were quite comfortable there.”

“Clean and cute cottage two blocks from the beach. Has a nice little backyard area for a dog, and a hammock to chill. The kitchen has essentials like a Keurig machine, the bedrooms are spacious, and the bathroom has an updated, modern shower space. Great little landing pad after a day spent at the beach or hanging around town!”
