“We traveled through 6 cities in Morocco and the Taj was our favorite hotel, which frankly made the experience at Chefchaouen, a low economic village. It’s a stunning hotel and nothing short of a 5 star rating as far as aesthetics and architecture goes.
It’s clean and our junior suite offered stunning views where we had breakfast, dinner, and tea throughout the day. The parking lot makes it accessible to head up and down to town without climbing the stairs, although that only took 15-20……

“Loved this hotel! It was very unique and different. Booked two separate rooms and one of the rooms would not have been good for anyone with any type of accessibility issues as there is a high step to the bathroom and the bed area. We had no issues. The stairs to the rooms are a little steep as well. Service was great and the hotel had their own restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel staff assisted with our luggage as well which was very helpful. ”
