“Well after what was described by a manager, over the phone, as a glitch (apparently how one describes being offered a particular room at a price, accepting it and paying for it and then being shown a different room), the correct accomm or near to it was provided. This little black duck was not going to give in on that one, so I dug in and insisted that the orig. contract was fulfilled. Having to endure a speech (twice) about how lucky I was to get such a lovely room at such a low price, was a……

“Vraiment un endroit merveilleux, tout a été parfait. Le palais est magnifique, la décoration tant des parties communes que des chambres est un vrai plaisir pour les yeux. Un calme absolu. Le service est efficace et chaleureux. Les repas sont très bons. C’est un peu loin du centre de Marrakech mais ça vaut vraiment le détour.”

“The hotel was very beautiful, pools were wonderful, pool bars made variety of drinks (1 type of beer), gym was well equipped, staff were fantastic, lobby bar w music was fun, meals were delicious (buffet style). Nightly cabaret shows ok. Shuttle to old city was bonus.”
