“Great location, nice staff and well cleaness”

“Very friendly staff, nice pub and decent price. Negatives: Entry is actually through the pub, so after pub is closed hotel entry is a bit tricky. You need to take stairs to go up one floor and then access lift. When I checked out in the morning, reception guy helped me with one big carrying one flight, but it’s inconvenient. There is mold in the shower. I guess it might be normal for Istanbul economical hotels never stayed anywhere else. Pub staff is very nice, very friendly, I would give 5……

“Good hotel, great views from rooftop terrace. Lovely breakfast. Economy rooms really are quite tight, unfortunately we were next to reception which could be a little noisy at times. But overall would recommend”

“交通位置非常好，附近很多餐廳，但這也是最大問題，就是餐廳營業到凌晨2點，餐廳把音樂開到最大聲好像辦跨年晚會也到凌晨2點。 飯店很新，不過空間不大，還有一個問題是行政櫃檯彼此的交班系統很弱，同一件事情需要在不同時段跟不同人員交班三次，然後會發現他們雖然看似有交班，卻總是在會錯意，就必須不斷重複說明，其他都很不錯”

“The location is very bad because there are a construction in front of the hotel, and the street to the hotel was blocked at night so we need to drive a long way to another street. The bedding is uncomfortable at all... the hotel is very old.. ”

“The apartment is really lovely and the host was very communicative and nice. That being said, there is a big issue with water leak in the bathroom and terrible sewer smell. We informed the host and they tried to fix it while we were there but to no luck. In addition, there was a water leak in the apartment underneath our terrace so one afternoon we had workers disturbing us as they were fixing it. I tried to attach pictures but hotels.com crashes each time.”

“it is good hotel which in the very convient location, you can easily get to the train staion witjin 2 mins. the service is quite goos as well, and receiption will help u once you have any problem thanks to them.”

“The room was clean and exact as you look in pictures, the description about how close are the galata Tower, and Istiklal square was not even close, (the description says 4 and 8 mins walking which it is not true, not even in car...) The lobby hotel and other spaces look exactly as pictured and considere them very pretty!! the front desk service considered mediocre, as tourist non turkish language knowledge, asked some help asking one of the guys to talk to a company by phone which we needed……

“We love our first night in Turkey at Pera Bosphorus Hotel. We loved the restaurant choices however limited to similar options among all. We loved the atmosphere. Breakfast was AMAZING… Hotel and room were very clean. A big issue with shower not draining and mold noticed along edges of shower. Toilet seat in public bathroom on floor -1 was very loose. Since our stay was brief we didn’t make time to bring these issues to management. I am sure they would have been more than happy to take care of……
