“Trotz grossem Trubel im angebundenen Restaurant wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Da wir sehr spät angereist waren, wurde uns sogar noch eine Mahlzeit im Restaurant nach Küchenschluss angeboten und ein Platz in der vollen Gaststube organisiert. “When arriving at the property it looked very dated so wasn’t sure what the rooms were going to be like. We were greeted by the host and was taken to our top floor room. It was clean and nicely decorated with a large comfortable bed with lovely pillows and bed linen. The bathroom was exceptional too, I couldn’t fault the room at all. The tea/coffee facilities were fabulous. I would highly recommend. ”

“Very centrally located. I am a runner. The River Ness is outside the front door and you can run or walk by the river both ways on both sides. There are may bridges and places to cross. Many restaurants within 5 minutes walk. We went to Zizzi's on the other side of the river for dinner. Breakfast is good. Liked staying here. Inverness left a great impression.”

“I loved staying here, the location is great. It is about a five minute walk from the train station, and within walkable distance to the center shops, dinning, and great areas to site see. The room was beautiful and very clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was very spacious and very nice! There was also a very stocked up welcome basket in the room. The staff was friendly and very helpful, and check in and out was quick and easy. Didn't try the food downstairs, but the drinks……

“Nothing wrong with it except that I was suppose to be booking a Best Western Hotel, but while it is indeed a Best Western, they put me in a another small house next to the main Best Western building. There are 4 rooms in the small house and is 30 seconds walk away. It does not feel like I am living in a Best Western hotel.”

“The hotel is a fantastic place to stop when working in Inverness. My two very slight criticisms are that the climate control in the rooms is super bright and being light sensitive, i found it disrupted my sleep. For the size of the hotel and the dact they have an on site Spa, the gym could be a bit better equipped. Other than that, the hotel, food and drink were excellent. ”
