“Just to be clear, when you rent this place, you are paying to get 3 bedrooms in a great spot in Manhattan and it was definitely that. The checkin and communication were great, there is a subway stop 10 steps from the front door (or across the street for going uptown), and our two adult kids each had their own bedroom without us paying for 3 hotel rooms.The place itself has some shortcomings and I wouldn't plan on doing any kitchen work beyond reheating, but if you're coming to NY to do your own……

TV does not have local live channels, just streaming. One working elevator. Unit is on 10th floor. Temp issue where it was not working, likely……

“Central location close to trains, NoMad, K-Town, MSG and Chelsea. Very comfortable beds and towels. Would have expected better shampoo (they had Head & Shoulders) and a conditioner option, so not great for kids but I had brought my own. The space could have used one dresser in the double room and an over the toilet shelf to put toiletries. I felt like I had to put a lot on the floor everywhere.”

“Ich war mit meinen zwei Kindern 15 und 17 Jahre für 12 Tage in New York. Für lokale Verhältnisse war die Wohnung gut erreichbar, man hat etwa eine Stunde bis zur Innenstadt gebraucht. Die Wohnung ist von diversen Bus- und Metrostationen umgeben. Sie liegt im 1. Stock direkt an der Kreuzung 1 Avenue und 103 Street und ist unfassbar laut, Tag und Nacht. Der Lärm darf einem nichts ausmachen. Ansonsten war alles da, was man braucht. Man sollte keinen europäischen Standard erwarten. Uns hat die Zeit……

“The location was away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square, but an easy 15 minute walk. Great restaurants very close. The host provided excellent check in information, with videos for the shower and stiff key. I would echo all of the positives listed by others. I always appreciate hosts who are thoughtful to leave a few amenities, coffee, sugar, etc. though this place had only what was left behind from a previous person who stayed there.”

“Great unit in Jersey City minutes from Liberty State Park & convenient to get into NYC. I was traveling with my six-year-old taking him to the Big Apple for the first time. “This apartment is even better than the listings and pictures suggest. It’s a ground floor apartment that runs the entire depth of the building from the Street to the back. “The property was very clean and accomodating for my husband myself and my 2 daughters 5 and 6 yrs old. We were able to put them to bed in the back bedroom with their own tv and stay up ourselves with the complementary bottle of wine left for us! What a treat. “My husband and I spent 5 nights at this property and could not have been happier. The communication with Chris was great. A couple days before arrival he sent easy-to-follow instructions to enter the building, the apartment plus all of its amenities.Upon entering everything was spotless and just as lovely as pictured. “i did get a few cockroaches during my stay, there was a burn on the wall near the stove that scared me as a needed to use the stove in the kitchen it made me refrain from using so was difficult. there were no paper towels i had to buy some. Stated on Vrbo that you had a blow dryer so i did not bring mine and there was not one to be found. Dishwasher took three tries to use and looks as though the door itself to it was broken upon arrival. Getting the key in such a weird position didn’t feel safe……
