“We had some issues first night we arrived. We were in an a handicap room and not sure why, room was dirty (floors unvacuumed, because of handicap room doors to bathroom and living room slid open and my daughter and my husband got locked in the bathroom and the people above us were banging until almost 1:00 AM. “This was an absolutely terrible experience. The property owner was completely unresponsive day of booking leaving us stranded with nowhere to go when we arrived. He never got us the check in details, and customer service was atrocious. Finally, 4 hours after the time we were supposed to check in we gave up and booked a hotel that cost us an additional $500.00 from what the booking was supposed to be.
