“Great location, amazing accomodations!”

“We had a fantastic stay at Jennifer’s place! From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much she cares about making her guests feel welcome and comfortable. She greeted us with a thoughtful bottle of local wine and made it clear she was available for anything we needed—big or small.The home was a perfect jumping-off point for exploring Crater Lake National Park and the surrounding area. The nearby town made for a great morning coffee stop, and coming back to such a peaceful retreat each night……

“House was as advertised ”

“Aptly named - comfy and cozy. Really enjoyed the backyard, eating takeout on a warm summer evening with a light breeze (and surprisingly no bugs!). Less than 5 minutes drive to a main business complex with Walmart, Safeway, and several fast food, take out, and regular restaurants. Costco is only 10 minutes away. The only slight downside was that I had to unload the dishes/silverware/cups from the dishwasher (from previous tenant?). I would rent again if coming to Medford again.”

“This home was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! Immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and every single linen in the home smelled INCREDIBLE, something you don't often find even in high-end rentals. The host truly went above and beyond, providing thoughtful extras throughout the home. The love and care they put in was evident from children's books and toys to every little detail in the kitchen, extra linens, etc... It was comfortable, welcoming, and exceeded all expectations. We will be staying here……
