“Beautiful serene accomodation middle of mountains and rice paddies. Can’t be better than this. Bed was very comfortable and quiet. Room had all the amenities required for the stay. Shower was nice and hot. Swimming pool was amazingly clean and big to soak long day at Ninh Binh. Breakfast was so delicious and just enough of options. We accidentally broke the shower gel container at the room and costs 150,000 VND. But the lovely lady at the reception waived it for us. She even spoke to the grab……

“We enjoyed our stay, the grounds and personnel were fantastic. We stayed in a quaint bungalow with a wall that was the actual rock so when it rained, this adjoining room got cooler and humid. We discovered a good gap in the screen where mosquitoes could enter but the issue was quickly and effectively fixed. Restaurant was great and the buffet breakfast was fulsome and varied. We would be happy to return. ”

“一大早到寧平、入住這家飯店，老板娘很好，讓我們吃免費的早餐，因爲入住時間是下午兩點，所以我們麻煩老闆娘幫我們叫車出遊，回到飯店也晚了，老板娘讓我們入住在邊間的房間，床很大，因爲怕蚊子，進到房間，就把房間門窗關上，沒有補蚊燈、沒有紗窗、還好現在不會太熱，但是廁所的味道就不是很好，且緊臨隔壁，星期日又party 到很晚，吵得不得了，因爲是住兩晚，第二晚因為門窗關緊，廁所卻臭到不行，打掃人員知情，卻只能打開抽風機，住的環境真的讓人無法忍受，整晚電風扇都ㄧ直吹，上廁所要戴口罩，可想而知，多恐怖的住宿，由於他們英語溝通不好，也只好忍著，不建議住此，交通亦不方便”

“The place is quiet and in a beautiful area. The team there was very helpful with suggestions for where to go, renting us a motorbike, and doing laundry. Hot water was not working in our room but otherwise great place. ”

“This was an amazing location, staying amongst the limestone karsts. The pool looked very inviting but we didn't get a chance to use it as there is so much to explore around the area. The host families hospitality was incredible. We played billiards with the kids and their mum gave us a big hug as we left. She is very accommodating and although her English was limited made a great effort with Google translate to communicate well with us. She was very helpful with advice on where to visit. ……

“I wanted to share a unique and uncommon help by Nia and the rest of the staff. She went far above and beyond to help me. Upon arrival to the property, Expedia had not informed them of the booking. They were sold out and had no room. Nia made calls immediately to the nearby properties, secured a room, called for a taxi AND paid for it!! What service. I was totally blown away. Her service raises the bar for everyone in hospitality. ”

“Beautiful surrondings but you need to rent a motorbike or bycicle to go anywhere. Breakfast included but you still have to pay for coffee... Room was okay but a but smelly with all the humidity. Problably amazing when sunny.”

“Perfect location to visit all the tourist attractions in the area; I recommend hiring a bicycle from the homestay and cycling to each one, it is all relatively flat. Lovely owners, amazing views of the mountains from the bedrooms. Property is kept clean. ”

“Amazing hotel! We had such an awesome stay with such a cool view! We were treated with such kindness by Dzung and his wife. They were so gracious, charming and helpful. He provided us so much helpful information about the town and activities, loaned us bikes to use for the day, and they made us a great breakfast every day. Our room was great and we got to explore so much of the town! A huge thanks to Dzung and his wife for facilitating such a great time in their beautiful town. An 11 out of 10!”
