“Convenient, quiet and comfortable ”

“Stayed at the Low Tide Condo for a biking weekend in Oriental. It was a great space for 2 couples with plenty of room to move around. We enjoyed playing pool. The kitchen was not really equipped for cooking any meals or storing large amounts of cold food, but that did not bother us at all. Had upstairs neighbors and hardly heard them at all. Enjoyed our stay.”

“You are definitely in a great location as far as distance to restaurants, tourist spots. We had a little snafu initially with the front door key not working (humidity and old wooden doors can cause some sticking) but we were redirected and able to get in. I didn't like keeping up with a key, really, but that was a small inconvenience. I'm sure they can't put keypad locks on everything since it's an older building. Would definitely recommend the space for couples or singles. It isn't handicap……

“It was very clean and quiet”

“The best part of our stay was making coffee in the morning and sitting on the screen porch relaxing, listening to the birds. A short walk to the harbor or the rec center (with two pools! - $10/day for the 2 of us). Very quiet, felt safe.”

“We enjoyed the location: in a quiet neighborhood just across the bridge from New Bern, with a view of the river from the very cozy balcony; the decor: colorful, creative, unique; and the comfort: everything from the mattresses in the quiet bedrooms to the kitchen equipment and the general layout of the spacious apartment. Would definitely stay here again. Definitely recommend!!!”

“Perfect time for the family near the water and small town of New Bern. Family played golf (very affordable and we rented clubs) Kids went kayaking and fishing. Girls got to explore the cute town of New Bern and the quaint shops. Nice restaurants and ice cream shop. And the forth of July fireworks were an extra perk!”

“Beautiful area, comfort home. Check in was a bit complicated because they close at 17:00. We had to call a number and ask for instructions. Pool was good, comfortable beds, a little far from downtown, but good for quietness and rest. ”
