“Check in was problematic. Although I'd booked using an Amex through Expedia, the hotel does not actually take this method of payment. This led to an embarrassing situation when my alternative card could not be accepted by their system. “We had a xmas party to go to for the evening so was looking for a reasonably priced B and B as only wanted a bed for the night. We were sooo lucky to have found this little gem right in the centre of Newquay, owner was very attentive as was the waitress at breakfast. Room was lovely and clean, and breakfast was scrummy. “We had a wonderful few nights in a yurt at the end of July. As a family of 2 adults and 3 children we found the space to be more than comfortable and spacious.
