“We loved the Zen simplicity of this rental. Communication was great, especially about their expectations since I was bringing my dog with me. They were very accommodating and pet friendly. I would recommend bringing your own sheets to cover furniture and bedding if you have a furry dog. It will help with cleanup and prevent extra, unexpected charges. The location was fantastic. Central to everything we wanted to do in the Tri-Cities area. Walkable to downtown Johnson City and Founders Park.……

“Probably one of the nicest VRBOs I've stayed in in terms of layout, decor, size, and cleanliness. I would recommend with some caveats:-It is almost TOO clean, in that it smells very antiseptic. Like strong cleaning products. Knit picking for sure, just making that info available for those who are sensitive to strong smells.
