“The house is well maintained and clean. Just what we were looking for this weekend. We saw some folks playing on the water with a jet ski and tube. ”

“We needed a few days to just get away and be quiet and this was perfect. It is only 2 miles out of Onalaska so whatever you need or forgot is handy, but the location still seems secluded. Wi-Fi and Roku TV included and while rustic, the cabin very quiet and the air conditioning kept things cool. Mornings enjoyed sipping coffee on the deck, watching the wildlife and just relaxing. Location within 30 minutes of the state park which was a very nice day trip.”

“This place was amazing. It was just what we needed to get away from city life for a short while. The property and the cabin were gorgeous. Not having wifi and cell signal was a big selling point for us on the property as we wanted an unplugged weekend. The walking trails and the pond was lovely. Overall we had an amazing time and would recommend staying here. ”

“We booked a specific cabin payment went through and everything. I was then texted early the next morning that the cabin was not available but there were others for the same price since I already paid. Which is very annoying but not a huge deal. When we arrived there was a half eaten tub of potato salad left on the counter, and the cups and silverware were dirty.”

“This was our second time staying at Old Mill. It is becoming our favorite places to escape from life. If you are looking for somewhere quiet, relaxing and peaceful… this is your place! ”

“Very clean and peaceful. My daughter and I had a week of writing to do and this was a great place for it. The beds are comfortable, and when taking a break we made 3 loops around the neighborhood walking. The only concern someone might need to know, if it rains you might get stuck driving to house from road. We were glad it wasn’t raining. ”

“Peaceful and very well kept. We enjoyed being able to relax by the fire. We did wish there was less rain but still a great trip”

“Thought I was getting a cabin out in the woods, however it turned out to be in a RV Resort with huge swimming pool, huge pavilion for kids, bounce house and a very nice staff!! They even had a little bar area with live music on Saturday night. My only complaint was the band didn't play longer. Can't wait to come back”
