“Lovely hotel. Loved the all day coffee and the 5-7pm waffle bar everyday. Such a good idea. Lovely staff and room was fine too. One little thing about it: not enough light. There were 2 small lights and no overhead big light. Since there is no sun at all, it would have been nice to be able to see in the room better than I did. But apart from that, lovely place”

“Pros: Very convenient location, close to everything. The room is decent sized. Nice harbor view from the room. Good breakfast selection although there could be a line during peak time as we were there during February. Local tour desk is located in the lobby for easy booking. Cons: Customer service not the best - On the first night of our stay, there was a school party going on on the floor beneath us, and the music was so loud we can feel the vibration in the floor, it went on until 11:30PM.……

“This hotel is located at the centre by the harbor side. It is convenient to walk to the airport bus stops or the meeting point of northern light tour or any site seeing pick up point. They offer breakfast, tea time and also dinner for guests. The room is cozy and the hotel is not next to the main road, so that you would have a quiet and comfortable night for sleeping, especially after a northern light tour. Last but not least, their staffs are friendly, helpful and full of hospitality. ”

“good location to see northern light, we enjoy amazing light in front of the door , host maria and eivind are very friendly aslo the animals. the mountain and sea view make us relaxing and confortable. the kitchen was good for usto make our food. We and my son very enjoy staying these 2 days and make a lot of beautiful photos. we will come next time in summer and looking forward to seeing the host .”
