The kayaks were clean and had life jackets were also very clean the rooms were good size especially the huge room that my cousin ended up with. We drew straws. The outdoor grill was a big hit grilled everything on its game changer. Bathrooms were very clean when we arrived. My favorite thing was going on……

“This house was perfect for our vacation! Our kids are 15, 11, and 7, and we had my mother-in-law with us as well. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and the kitchen/dining area was big enough for all of us to eat together. The kitchen was stocked with anything we needed, and the house was spotless, even though we know a group left the same day we arrived.The main feature of the house is the view. We had an amazing unobstructed view of the ocean, which can be seen clearly……

“The property is as described and is perfect for a large group. There is plenty of common space but also large enough that if you are looking for some alone time you can have it. The property is very large with several out buildings and a dock at the river.”

“The cabin is located on a hillside with a lovely view of the valley. We were were unable to enjoy the breeze as the door handle to one of the two sets of French doors was broken off. The living room furniture was up close to both sets so the only way to open the other set completely was by moving the living room furniture. We opened the kitchen window (which had a storm window/screen). Unfortunately there were dead flies piled in between the window and the storm screen so we closed it so……
