“Unfortunately as we had travelled by train we were limited to using the buses to get into King's Lynn which was quite a good service but was a long 20/25 minutes walk to the bus stop from the hotel. Everything about the hotel was excellent. Friendly, helpful staff and very clean throughout. Delicious food ”

“Struggled to get into the property but once in there was stains up the walls on the floor and the bedding was also stained and dirty messaged host on Expedia got no reply rand them it just rang off also sent a txt message and got blanked there too ”

“Mis-sold this accommodation. This is a house share, with 5 bedroom, but was described as "You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party." on Expedia So I did not stay at Hillcroft.”

Your kniwledge if the area and places to visit were spot on. We will definitely be back again and will pass on your details to any friends we know thar are looking fir a super place to stay. “Magnificent! A really great outing for the senses: comfortable, beautiful presented old school house with an antique shop in the playground, good parking, superb village location, convenient for the whole of west Norfolk and close enough to major routes for the rest of the county / region. Bridget and Andrew are excellent hosts, the breakfast was wonderful, wi-fi strong, and decoration throughout is marvellous. Very good value stay - top quality shower!! As ever, my best recommendation would be……

“Great room, small but very quirky and lots of extra touches such as bottled water, fresh milk and KitKats! Just had to remember to duck through door frames. Good sized bathroom and shower plus walk-in wardrobe provided plenty of storage. Cooked breakfast was excellent. Didn’t sample rest of pub food as only stayed one night but the list of desserts was impressive. Will definitely stay again when next in the area.”

“Beautifully decorated and appointed. Large TV in room. Comfortable bed. Only negative is that the room was hot so had to open window and nearby road is noisy. Also walls thin so could hear people in next room using bathroom, coughing etc. Which disturbed my sleep. ”
