“When we check in, the desk clerk keeps talking on phone and didn’t give us any information like WiFi password. The room is noisy when other room is using bathroom and floor is shaking when other room is walking. I’d rather choose motel 6 or anything else than this hotel!”

“Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were nice and clean. Our initial room had a wall heater unit that made a lot of noise for a bit when it first came on. They gave us a different room for the 2nd night and said they were repairing the heater unit in the room with the noisy one. Being along Rt 40, there was heavy train traffic and a whistle would blow 4x with each train. It was pretty well muffled, but that noise might bother some. “When I checked in, I used the public restroom in the lobby. As a result, an employee jokingly said: It costs $5 per person to use the restroom. There is a fee. Maybe he was joking, or maybe he was teasing, or maybe if other customers were serious, they would think he was really charging... That's really bad...”
