“The house accommodated our family with the required bedrooms and bathrooms. We liked how close to the pool. Also liked the short distance to walk to the beach. We didn’t like the clutterness. We didn’t like the raised steps on the third level. We kept falling off or stumbling up these throughout the stay. We didn’t like all the glass surfaces having young children running around increasing the chance of injuries. But overall it was an okay place to stay.”

“COMMENTS: *Outside lights did not work. Dangerous dark outside stairs. *Downstairs had cobwebs and bugs in hall. *Downstairs had a musty smell and not same quality as main floor. *Area with ping ball table NEEDED to be sweep and cleaned. FILTHY!! *Keurig coffee pot Did NOT Function. *Downstairs bath drain was CLOGGED and nasty. *Bunk room lamp no shade and didn't work. *Sliding glass door on first level did not lock, a stick was used to stop door from opening. *Dust and dirt under sofa, on……

“This house was really nice. Located in a quiet development, very clean. 2 minute walk to pool. 3-5 minute walk to the private beach. We had one very tiny issue which was rectified within a hour of calling property management. Had some ants in the kitchen, they had pest control out immediately. All of the decks had good views. The hot tub was amazing. Only thing mot giving a 10 out of 10 is that the beds weren’t great. Very hard”

“Pet friendly & close to beach (main factors in booking this home). Any issues we did have management team was quick to respond and resolve. Seems like a lot of rules initially - don't get intimidated. Most of it is common sense stuff. Overall a beautiful home. Our dogs loved hanging out on the porches. ”
