“En general todo bien. Paciencia si quieres ir de un hotel a otro, ya q hay q esperar el transporte. Y lo unico malo es que siempre hay los mismo en los bufetes todo el dia Falta variedad”

“The house was very beautiful and clean. It had a private pool. We did ask for the jacuzzi when we booked online and this house did not have it. There was also no beach towels provided. Buy groceries before because the buffet was not that great for the price. Will definitely return. ”

“I had a great time with my friends during my stay in this house we really enjoy our time during this trip. The house was magnificent and totally worth it. I think can be improved by half more blankets and sheets for the house”

“My family stayed here for 2 nights. This villa is very spacious with two bedrooms: one with a king bed, and the other room has two single beds so it's perfect for my family. There's a full kitchen with a huge fridge and nice gas stove. The roof top area is nice too but unfortunately the hammock was broken and we didn't have a chance to use the roof top jaccuzi. Just a note that the roof top is accessible from a stairway OUTSIDE of the house. Also we had some issues with the hot water……

“I had an absolutely great time at Bahia Principe Grand Tulum. The staff were very helpful, the buffet always had a wide variety of options whether it be breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and there were numerous activities to do. The resort also has a few a la carte restaurants that you can make reservations for that are included in the price. I would recommend doing this as soon as possible because they book extremely fast. The pool was also very nice, well maintained, and had a swim up bar. My room……
