“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. “This property was beautiful and authentic, perfect Tulum vibes. The waitstaff were amazing and some were even Mayan which was incredible to chat with them about. The front desk staff was ok- they were a bit on their high horse at times and tried to overcharge for a few things we did not use in the room ( read your bill throughly!!). “On the main strip in Tulum however pretty far down so expect to shell out for taxis. They drag the beach for the seaweed multiple times a day which was nice. Across all of the area we had moments with servers forgetting items we ordered etc. we borrowed bikes and the first few had issues like flat tires before we got a pair to use.
