“The room is very clean, very tidy, and in very good condition. Really enjoyed the stay there.”

“There is no obvious signage for drivers to this hotel. The corridors in the hotel are narrowed and it's difficult for 2 people with luggages to walk through. My executive room was spacious and comfortable though. Not enough sockets or USB in the room to charge my phones and ipads. The reception would not add my IHG membership number to my stay, so I think this IHG membership is not worthy to use any more as its staff did not even give any respect to it. “Was a little concerned when we couldn't contact anybody regarding Check In (They had a big wedding going on on the Saturday when I tried to call) - Call returned Sunday Am at about the same time that we went to make sure alll was OK which it was and we even checked in early - result! Returned later - enjoyed the peaceful ambiance. Only comment would be that room could do with 2 comfortable chairs - especially as it is the "Premium Room" - the hard ones not so good forsitting for any length of……
