“This property should not even be listed in Expedia. They never wrote back to me to check the time of arrival for their "Airport Pickup" service which is included in their price. However, upon confrontation at front desk, there is no shuttle bus service that they are aware of. I rode a taxi from the airport with my own money which I explained to; they made no effort to apologize or engage in English, and simple screamed at me in Russian. The following morning a different staff very reluctantly……

“Park Dedeman Almaty offers superior experience services compared to the average Almaty hotel. The English-speaking staff facilitated smooth communication. While the room was clean and comfortable, I think it could benefit more from additional amenities to improve and meet international hotel standards. “Inside the room was clean with ac and water bottles. But the door and the Frame itself wasn’t the most updated. Location was okay with quick walk to the bus route to the airport and main bus station. The breakfast was poor, I noticed the server bringing other plates of food look better than the plate I was given, mine had old brown apple slices and stale brown bread. Maybe the kitchen staff treated me less because I was a person of colour, probably. Front desk was ok and answered my questions. ”

My mom stayed at the hotel for 8 nights, she needed assistance with ordering transportation, bringing her breakfast to the table, opening doors. She has a broken leg and is forced to use a walker. Every person at the hotel helped her with a smile. Beautiful people! Thank you! I would also like to mention the ease of booking and paying for the hotel. A lot of hotels in the area would not accept remote payments……
