“The room is a total disaster. Broke and battered. Worst Scenario ever faced! Nightmare! Broken everything, the drapes, the electric wall plug were without surface plates exposing the socket , only one socket works out of 2! The shower slide door won’t slide, walls were dirty with lumpy paint tears down the wall. Furniture were aged and dirty and shinny from aged grease rubbing on it. Fabric were vintage and old. Flooring was dull and old . Insufficient lighting. Worst if worst experience!”

“Great shower. Great beds. Comfortable. But issues checking in, issues with WiFi. Also cupboard door came off hinges when opened. And freezing cold when we finally got in. Takes hours to warm up to minimal comfort level. ”
