“The guy at the front desk who worked saturday evening was pretty much alone until a manager helped him, but even working alone he was kind and did not get upset that he had so much going on because they were so busy, we will stay here again and shout out to that young front desk worker, you did amazing.”

“The stay wasn't too bad. I was greeted by 2 different workers with great customer service and very helpful. I was happy the coffee and muffins was out a little before 6am, since I had to get up at 5am. The hotel was clean. Since my stay was only for 2 nights, they do not come and clean up or replenish towels unless you ask, but i the room had more than enough for 3 days. The area is nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again”

“The breakfast was actually pretty well seasoned. Not blad like other hotel I've had. Rooms were really clean and so was the entire hotel. Parking was great with spots all the way around the building. Only complaint was the beds were a little hard but i sleep on pillow tops at home. I always trust bw to be clean and dependable. ”
