“I didn't know what to expect when booking (got a great deal through expedia) it also came up as a 2star (which personally I never go for) but it looked fine (better than dated / tired alternatives in the area) so thought I'd give it a go and I'm glad I did. “A unique property overlooking the stadium. Huge room which felt nicer than being cramped. The best bit? The breakfast that goes on to 11am. We were in Milton Keynes for an all day festival and so many hotels finish breakfast at 9.30 or 10am....which when you're out late and quite frankly, hungover, you can't always eat that early. Staff were attentive and friendly. Great place!”

“I came in June 2025 and came back in August 2025 and was just as pleased as the first stay. Perfect location, very clean rooms,,the staff is perfect informative and always helpful. My room was perfect with a perfect view. My first stay in June was for 6 nights and this stay in August was for 6 nights. You step out of the hotel directly to your safe boardwalk and it is located next to the town for all you needs and comfort ”

“An excellent hotel in the centre of woburn with the air of the countryside. Service top class with lovely rooms. Food and drink 5star. Would give 6 stars if i could”

“Overall not bad. The hotel was built a long time ago. Even though you took the lift, there were still many stairs to go if you were assigned to the 3rd floor. I checked out the hotel on 5/21 morning. The black girl at the front desk was not very helpful.”
