“I stay was only a one night stay but it was a very nice hotel that was quiet and clean. The tv in our room didn't work well but wasn't a big deal for us. The staff at the desk were all very nice and quick to check you in and out.”

“Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. After some negotiation, we were able……

“The room itself just needed a couple touch ups like paint and maybe a new toilet seat.. and brighter lights or an overhead light. Other than that the bed was comfy and the manager brought us a microwave because ours wasnt working. Overall a pretty good experience. ”
