“We are tourists for kenya safari, and of course no one will wear formal clothes like businessman. unfortunately hotel people have smile faces to everyone who wearing business suit but not interesting to even say hello to us who wearting jeans and tshirt. that's really not a good experinece in Nairobi. But, there something that I should mention hear that we used the hotel limousine for one day the driver is extreamly good and warm hearted.”

“The reception team was very understanding. My whole team had issues with our visa cards but the hotel allowed us to check in without upfront payment. We had to sort out the payment in the course of our stay. However, the hotel may consider welcoming guests by offering them a glass of juice. ”
