“After booking and before arrival, communication was very easy and fast and complete. The whole place is spotlessly clean. This is the first and only place I did not mind not having a private bathroom. Any time of day it was clean as if it had just been cleaned. The room is very spacious and well equipped with water cooker and even tea and coffee. The bed is comfy. The only minus I can think of is that it is not really sound proof. “Wir waren 3 Tage dort. Da wir sehr spät sngrkomsind war die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt. Unterwegs erhielten wir den Eingangscode und konnten problemlos ins Zimmer. Sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem, das innerhalb kürzester Zeit behoben wurde. Sehr weiterzuempfehlen.”

“Very nice apart-hotel with 24/24h check in. Clean and comfortable, newly refurbished, a/c, great breakfast at the Carlton Hotel. Street parking available right in front of the door on the „piazza”. Super friendly and helpful staff! ”

“Poor stay. Kitchen available. True but no utensils cups plates etc. (padlocked in a cupboard) Microwave filthy, I had to clean it for use, turntable in microwave not working. No heating the we could find. Just a note that we would be fined if we touched the non existent thermostat. Radiators did nothing ”
