“Great location, walkable to shops and restaurants. One of the most beautiful views in Mallorca. The staff are hospitable and friendly. The area is already safe but after dark you need to key in which is an added bonus. The only minor thing to note is the walls are thin so you can hear noises from outside. Aside from that, our stay was incredible and one to remember! ”

“We loved our stay - Lucia was very responsive and helped us with an issue almost immediately. The property itself is quiet, beautiful, and very well maintained. Perfect to use as a base and then drive to the smaller towns nearby. Loved every second!”

“If you want to be in the middle of the city, with great eats right next to the hotel, and walkable distance to the must beautiful church of Palma then this is the place. Plus very clean and with a great breakfast.”

“Spent 5 nights at Palacio as a couple. Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel given the location, the room, and especially the service. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful as they helped us plan several dinner reservations and a day at the beach club (which was amazing). Would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to another visit. ”
