“Best stay ever! The cottage was super cozy and cute! Meticulously decorated with a country vibe and felt welcomed. Super clean and felt safe using kitchen supplies. A very sweet hand written card with farm fresh eggs and a cute succulent was a nice surprise. When going for a walk to the river, all of the friendly neighbors waved at us! That doesn’t happen in NYC. We enjoyed our visit and will be back for sure. ”

“This is a nice, historic farmhouse on a stream right outside of Hancock, NY. Centrally located for drift boat trips on the West Branch and Mainstem. Although it is on a two lane road, the backyard is very private and the large windows give a great view of the stream.”

“I spent a weekend with my sister and had a glorious time. The house is cleverly designed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. But who wants to even stay inside with such a glorious river expanse at your footsteps. Wonder was friendly, helpful and responsive. We’d stay again in a heartbeat!”

“Such a pretty spot! It’s rustic enough to make it feel like a true get-away. We booked this when rain interfered with camping plans. There is much to do within driving distance including fishing and hiking. We brought our pups who enjoyed the deck and yard. There were two other structures right there, so if the owner happens to rent those out too (unknown to me), then you’ll have neighbors. “We spent a long weekend at the home for a girl's weekend spa visit and relaxation. The home was easy to navigate with everything easy to find (with lots of labels)! The pool/hot tub was wonderful on the one sunny day we had. The fireplace was cozy on the rainy days. Great place for a visit!”

“We had a wonderful time staying at Hill House on Hubert. It is a lovely house with everything you need for a romantic getaway or a fun weekend away. The decor is contemporary with cozy accents. Saundra has everything you need at the house whether you want to stay in and cook or head out to a local eatery. Her listing of things to do is a great touch. “The house was awesome and would stay again. Easy access to the lake and dock which mourned my boat for the week.”

“I arrived later than planned so I got lost in the dark trying to find the place. Super cute and cozy. Close to the lake and restarting/bar. There is no heat, but the owner provided a space heater. I love the cold so I didn’t need it. ”
