“This is a wonderful hotel. As a boutique hotel the number of rooms are limited, but that just makes for more personalized and better service. The hotel is located at the tip of Mirror Lake, just a 5 minute walk from the heart of Lake Placid. The Olympic speed skating oval is only a block away, the Olympic museum and ice rinks are two blocks. Rooms at the front of the hotel overlook a public park and beach, with clear views of the lake. No room key necessary because we were sent a code to enter our room. Restaurants are within walking distance.”
