Cannot fault the hotel at all, michelin star restaurant in the hotel which looked wonderful, we only had the breakfast but that was fantastic. “Fantastic property with plenty of space. Perfect for what we needed and only a short walk into the centre. Fantastic to have space for two cars to park at the back and a car park right behind that for any extra cars. The property was clean and tidy. Would highly recommend staying here.”

“We booked a room as part of a wedding party .wedding was at 2pm. Check in is 4pm which is quite late ,we had to be in the orangery for 4pm so staff managed to check us in 3.40pm .Room was perfect, slept well,breakfast amazing. Food at the wedding of Becky and Mark was incredible. Our first visit here and we will definitely return and use the pool/spa as we didn't get chance to on this occasion. Check out at 11am is good, no rushing around. Thankyou for a lovely stay ”

“This hotel is a little gem and provided us with a perfect stop over on our way to Dorset for a holiday. We arrived around 7.30pm and the check in process was friendly and efficient. Our room (number 58) was spacious, beautifully decorated and had a lovely balcony plus an extra window, as we were on the corner of the building. The bed was very comfortable. Although there is an option to eat at the hotel, we chose to explore a little and ate at The Wookey Hole Inn, just a few minutes walk away.……
