“The Queensberry stands out amongst other hotels because it is exquisite and beautiful. The staff go the extra mile for every single thing you ask of them. I was 4 hours early arriving in Bath and was able to leave my luggage at the hotel whilst I did some shopping, then was delighted to be able to check in an hour earlier upon my return. This trip was my second time to the Queensberry and it definitely won’t be my last! You won’t be disappointed! ”

“去年九月已經 Expedia 預定 曾經入住過的Francis Hotel classic room，在行程單上説明會送一支紅酒的，但酒店職員説沒有顯示，最後補送了。花洒組合設計不佳，因去水平台太淺，女士們洗頭加洗澡一定溢滿平台而弄濕整個洗手間；而供應的洗澡及洗髮液只有姆指大的容量不能照顧到兩位成人住客。尤幸職員友善，及位於酒店地下的 BB 餐廳值得推薦，晚上用餐情調極佳，當晚侍侯的 Salvador 服務一流，應該一讚。 酒店整體很好，只需留意一些細節加以改善，保持水準。”

“Interesting experience! Great location and value for Central Bath - both the room and parking. Would have given more stars except for these niggles: Tried to book parking in advance and as other reviews say got nowhere… On arrival we were early for check-in but called the mobile number provided at the hotel, arranged parking and room key so all ok (we thought…) , then a slight hiccup getting in at end of our evening but was quickly sorted when I messaged and was sent a very helpful video!……

“The self check in process was very easy. We had four people staying and the two bathrooms was a huge plus as well as the kitchen area. Great find!”
