“飯店事先通知住宿位置及鑰匙盒密碼 我們到達後 打開鑰匙盒 裡面沒有鑰匙 到櫃檯詢問 才知道 飯店還沒有全面使用鑰匙盒系統 Inform me key box access code but they didn't use the system completely. Fault information, Unprofessional. 沒使用確通知房客 真是太奇怪了 不夠專業 3房公寓 只有一套大門及房間鑰匙 沒有備份鑰匙 3個房間沒有鑰匙 非常不方便 Potato House 大廳寬敞明亮舒適 浴室廁所明亮 走道書櫃裡 藏書豐富”

“What a wonderful experience! Our “family tent” was luxurious, immaculate and spacious. The heated beds were so cozy. The common spaces were welcoming, well stocked, and also immaculate. Jolanta welcomed us onsite, helped us to our tent and most importantly showed us around the many offerings of coffee - including machines in individual tents and the incredible Mielle machine in the common area. Thank you for everything!”

“We, a family of 3, booked a triple room for 1 night. We were assigned to have a room at the end of the corridor on the ground floor. The room was an accessible room where the bathroom was going to be very wet after taking bath. Because of ground floor, the room was just next to the Main Street that we couldn’t sleep throughout the whole night due to extremely noisy outside. Luckily we stayed there only for one night. ”

“This was the last night in Iceland after camper vanning it all week. And, i must say it was an experience. The drive there, the surrounding area, and the beautiful view from the top was phenomenal! The room was very clean and modern feeling. I felt like a James Bond villian in my tower. We got lucky and were the only people there, so we had the tower to ourselves. I highly recommend this stay for a unique night with amazing views!! ”

“飯店設施非常齊全，洗衣機、廚房、洗碗機、浴缸、餐桌、、電視沙發。一進去就像回到家的感覺❤️但剛開始入住時遇到一些問題，沒有收到入住密碼簡訊。導致被鎖在外面一些時間才聯繫到飯店的人員。如果要來住的朋友建議可以提前一天詢問清楚密碼避免卡在外面無法入住”
