“Exceptionally helpful staff. Our room had plumping problems but the staff did their best to fix it and Extended Stay made it right by refunding our pet fee.Our one complaint thet only tool they could offer us was a plunger so flaccid that is only good for splashing water on the floor and oursleves. Very dog friendly. You have to ask for evertyhing now, but that is a product of irresponsible quests who steal household items. ”

“Confortable beds and convenient location and transportation to the airport. The only detail that emerged was that the room had no "Do not disturb " sign and the cleaning lady opened the room at 10 AM while we still were there. Other than that excellent hotel, service and location as usual. I´ve been staying there once or twice every year for the last 6 or 7 years and of course I´ll keep getting back ”

“The ice machine required intervention and the bathroom faucet was loose, but otherwise everything was in order. The location was outstanding, near everything I needed in Santa Rosa, including downtown, Guernville, Gym, Freeway and various restaurant options within walking distance. ”
