“The apartment is great. Not too cramped, well thought out. It is always amazing to me to see how New Yorkers live. Most times their spaces are small so they have to be creative with storage, etc. This place showed that, the wardrobes were helpful to have, it gave all of us a place to store our things. There was a bottle of wine and some cold water which left for us. That was really nice. We usually come prepared to do a thorough cleaning, but the place was cleaned well. Such a plus! The owners……

“This property is in a friendly quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and stores, it was very clean, everything needed including seasoning for cooking and outdoor grill area, I could pack lighter next time as it has shampoo, soap etc.. “This property was at most the horrible experience. Property is not at all where it states on the website. When we arrived the ceiling was falling due to an old leakage and when I communicated with someone in charge of property, they said maintenance will come. We stood for a week and they came at the second to last day of our stay. It was cold every morning and the windows were patched with garbage bags. “My stay was uneventful. Nice property in a gorgeous neighborhood. The apartment is in the basement with quite a few stairs to go up and down but is cute and clean. There is a full kitch but you have to bring your own pans. No tv's in the bedroom which was ok with me because after being gone all day , all i wanted to do was go to sleep. I would recommend and stay again.”

“We spent a long weekend at this comfortable and clean unit. It is conveniently located with a designated parking spot right outside the door. Only 2 exterior steps down to the private entrance worked out great for our older Labrador Retriever who has difficulty with steps these days. “Beautifully remodled home with all the added touches to help you disconnect from the busy city. Host was accomodating and attentive. Bedding was dreamy and towels were fluffy and fresh. Definitely five star accommodations. You must be physically fit to climb the stairs to the 4th floor. Do your research on the area surronding the home so that you can safely plan your trips home at night (car service). We are a mom and daughter (with lots of street smarts), so we made out just fine.”
